1)All item we sales in our online boutique is new.

2)We based on FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE.

3)Our Price are final.Please do not bargain. Kindly do not place your order if you are opinion that the price is high. We must be fair to all our customers, so please do not ask discount.

4)Maximum 24hour only for any RESERVATION OR BOOKING.

5)No Last Minute Cancellation. Booking Fees Not Returnable after 2 days reservation or booking.

6)We will make sure all the items sent are with good order/condition. All sales are final and are NOT Exchangeable/refundable/returnable.

7)We will not be responsible if the good lost during delivery.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PRE-ORDER ITEMS

1)Pre-order means that we will only order the item from my supplier exactly as requested by customer (color, size, quantity).

2)Please put some deposit (the amount as per our request) to confirm your order, before we get the item from supplier.

3)Once confirmation have been made, any cancellation or changing the color/size/quantity is not allowed. In case of cancellation, deposit will not be refund.

4)In case the item ordered is not available, we will return your full deposit.

*Pre-order usually takes about 3-4 weeks time.

5)Full Payment is required once your availability purchase's confirm.

6)Deposit are non-refundable. If due to unforeseen circumstances the stock does not materialise or not available, deposits are fully refundable.

7)Once you are confirmed your pre order, any change will be subject to availability.

8)All stock pre-orders expected until later than the date I have given are not allowed to be canceled. If you want to cancel your reservation only half of your money refunded. If you do not want to wait for your order, you can change with ready stock item.

9)We will not be responsible if the good lost during delivery.
